day 1
Meeting in Rome at Stazione Termini. Transfer with a private minivan.
Arrival at the farm at lunch time. Accommodation.
In the afternoon aperitif with wine and cutting boards in Magliano.
Return to hotel and barbecue dinner.
day 2
Breakfast. Visit to the villages of Pitigliano and Sovana, with lunch.
Relaxing afternoon at the spa facilities of Saturnia.
Return to the farm, dinner.
day 3
Breakfast. Fishing-tourism experience, on boat, with a local fisherman who will assist participants.
Lunch on board with the catch of the day. Return to the farm, dinner.
day 4
Breakfast. Visit to a local producer of sheep’s cheese, Caciotta cheese and superb jams!
Lunch and dinner on the farm, explanation and observation of work processes and possibility to purchase farm products. Return to the farm.
day 5
Breakfast. Excursion with guide by foot along the paths of the Uccellina Park, with packed lunch provided from the farm.
Return to the farm. Special dinner of local sausages.
day 6
Breakfast. Return to Rome.
